We have sold Draytek Vigor routers for several years now as we have an understanding of how they operate, received two back due to faults through the years and believe they are very good routers for a commercial environment. 

The latest Vigor router to be brought into our service is the 2700 series, this was released from Draytek last year and so any (if any) bugs and urgent firmware revisions have been released and corrected.
