iPass is a service provided by Internet Central Ltd to allow users to travel globally and still connect to the Internet via dial up, wireless and ethernet cabled connections, whilst paying local rates rates rather than high International fees.  The service works through an application installed on the connecting device offering the ability to see connection hot spots prior to travelling.

The service is always ugrading for free and covering an increased scope of devices; Vista, Windows Mobile 6, Symbian mobile phones to name a few, in a growing number of locations; airports, hotels, restaurants, coffee houses, football stadiums for example.
