On set up your domain will be added to the system with all users denoted by * protected by a default Base Profile. The site admin can log into https://mail.shield1.ic-mail.co.uk/admin with the username and password allocated by Technical Support. The password can be changed by this user from the Control Panel.

In addition the Site Admin can:

1.  Add users and use the two preconfigured profiles created at set up that either forward mail marked as *****SPAM***** or quarantine  spam e-mail.
2. Copy and edit one of these profiles or another one of the pre set system profiles and apply them to invividual users as appropriate.
3. Change the destination ip address of the scanned e mail
4. Apply individual Company Footers as appropriate
5. Manage user white and black lists including backup
6. Release quarantined e-mail on deman
