On set up your domain will be added to the system with all users denoted by * protected by a default Base Profile. The site admin can log into https://mail.shield1.ic-mail.co.uk/admin with the username and password allocated by Technical Support. The password can be changed by this user from the Control Panel. In addition the Site Admin can: - Add users and use the two preconfigured profiles created at set up that either forward mail marked as *****SPAM***** or quarantine spam e-mail.
- Copy and edit one of these profiles or another one of the pre set system profiles and apply them to invividual users as appropriate.
- Change the destination ip address of the scanned e mail
- Apply individual Company Footers as appropriate
- Manage user white and black lists including backup
- Release quarantined e-mail on deman
