When installing a new broadband connection with Internet Central, there are a few checks which can be run before an order is placed to ensure the order will proceed without any difficulties.  The first useful check is located on our home page, Broadband Checker.  This test will try to diagnose whether a connection can run to the number entered and roughly what speed you should be able to obtain.

Should the initial check show that you are able to receive a connection, the next step is to place an order for an ADSL Light  or ADSL MAX connection.  The Sales department will provision your order for the next five working days whilst it passes through the systems. When the order is complete you will receive an automated email containing all the details regarding the connection.  The order can be placed either through fax, email or the order page on our home website.
