Live Chat - July 2008

To increase the contact between Internet Central Ltd personel and end users, both current and potential we have rolled out Live Chat.  Live Chat is a system where you can chat through Instant Messenger to a Sales or Support staff member real time.  We recognise each client even within the same organisation is different and prefers different methods of contacting and so the traditional methods of email, phone and arranged meetings are still available.  The Live Chat system can be found at the following locations, Sales | Support please click on the Live Chat image and fill in the appropriate details.

iPlates - July 2008

Following successful trials we are now reselling iPlates to assist with eradicating electrical interferance.  We have noticed typical improvements of 1.5Mb, however some lines have reported an increase of 4Mb.

Following the success of the Draytek Vigor 2820 we have recently ordered a batch of Draytek Vigor 2820n routers, offering the impressive performance from the Vigor 2820 with wireless capabilities.

Draytek Vigor 2700 wireless - May 2008

To extend the product range of the routers we now offer a Draytek Vigor 2700 wireless to support middle range customers who want a little more than the Netgear range but dont want or need the performance and facilities from the Vigor 2820 series.

Draytek Vigor 2820 - April 2008

We have taken delivery of Draytek Vigor 2820 (wired) adsl +2 routers and so far are very impressed.  They are to replace the soon to be dis-continued Draytek Vigor 2800 series router and so have a very hard line to match.  From early tests it is clear they will have no problems doing this, offering dual wan failover as one of the many new features.

Draytek have recently released several new routers and accessories, we are due to receive several pieces of equipment which will undergo testing and where suited we will then start to provide them amongst our ever growing extensive list of hardware.
