Spam is a huge problem, promising to eradicate spam completely 100% either means you are loosing some legitimate mail as the scanners are too sensitive or they know something we do not.  Several ISPs have implemented some hardcore systems such as reverse dns before the mail is accepted, whilst this is acceptable for them and they can afford loosing several thousand customers.  At Internet Central we like to keep our customers and cannot promise 100% spam removal but can point out that we have measures in place such as SPF and where necessary have hardware in place to protect.  As of 28th Febuary 2008 we implemented a fortimail device in front of the main bespoke scanners to assist and further ensure only legit mail is sent.
