Draytek have informed Internet Central they are discontinuing the Draytek Vigor 2800 series router after two years of sales.  The new model to replace the popular router is the ADSL 2+ Vigor 2820 which promises to be faster with more advanced features.

The new adsl2+ router is designed to allow you expand your Gigabit network with ease. The 2nd WAN port which allows connection to DSL, Cable modem or fiber media converter features advanced functions such as load balance, fail-over, QoS, NAT Session Limitation, and Bandwidth on Demand ( BoD ) to deliver dependability and interoperability to your company.  These features would only have been found through a series of expensive hardware appliances.
